Groom Concierge
Services
The groom's morning, handled end to end. From the first open eye to the last groomsman through the ceremony doors, we stage the suite, dress and inspect the party, finish the final knot, and keep the day moving on his timeline instead of in the scramble — every move drawn from your planner's master timeline and captured along the way. It's the one part of the wedding built entirely for him, so he arrives sharp, grounded, and fully present for what matters.
To reserve the date — 50% of the total investment is due at the time of booking to hold October 24, 2026.
Balance — the remaining 50% is due 30 days before the wedding (September 24, 2026).

The Spread
A catered breakfast spread sourced and set in the suite for the groom and his party during the build. The men eat before the day runs away with them — grounded and fed instead of running on adrenaline and an empty stomach.
The Words
Vow and toast support — we help Nicholas draft, refine, and rehearse the words he is most afraid of getting wrong. Completely unserved elsewhere, and deeply felt.
The Roast
A hosted gathering after the rehearsal dinner for the groom, his crew, and friends arriving from out of town — a controlled place for the energy to land.
The Word From the Crew
We film a short toast from each member of the party, one at a time, and hand the clips to the photo and video team to weave into the film.
The Fragrance Bar
A curated bar of fine colognes staged in the suite during the build — a signature scent for the day that brings it all back every time he wears it again.
The Refresh
His chosen fragrance carried in the field kit all day, to refresh between ceremony, photos, and reception.
The Gift
We help Nicholas select and source his party gifts — curated, on-theme, handled start to finish.
The Cigar Mark
Custom cigar bands in the house aesthetic, carrying his name, date, or crest — a keepsake, not a brand.
The Bottle Mark
Custom labels for the groom’s spirits, carrying his name, date, or crest in the house aesthetic.
Full groom-side support for the rehearsal and the dinner, handled with the same intention as the day itself.
The Arrival
A dedicated groom concierge on site for his side of the evening, his party staged and prepped before things begin.
The Marks
We keep Nicholas and his party squared through the rehearsal — where each man stands, the order he walks, what happens when. He learns his marks once.
The Press
Styling and a final look-check for the groom and his party for the dinner — the groom’s side photographs as a unit a full night before the wedding.
The Floor
The groom’s-side toasts staged and supported — who speaks, in what order, for how long, with his own words ready if he is called on.
The Handout
The party-gift moment staged at the dinner as a marked beat. Pairs with The Gift, which sources and curates what is handed out.
The Goodnight
The evening closed on the groom’s side — his party accounted for and everyone set for an on-time morning.
